The Hardware Story

Stop paying $799 for a kiosk.

Other signage companies sell you their proprietary "smart screen" hardware at premium prices. We give you an APK that turns a $40 Fire Stick HD into the same thing.

📺

OptiKiosk 32"

$799

OptiSigns' proprietary touchscreen kiosk. One per location. Ships from their warehouse. Add a stand or wall mount and you're at $1,000+ per screen.

🔥

Fire Stick HD + GoGoTV

$40

Plug a $40 Fire Stick into any TV you already own. Sideload our free APK. Configure with the remote. Done. The screen is your existing TV.

That's a 20× difference per screen, before you've even touched the software bill. A 5-screen rollout: $200 of hardware vs $4,000+.
Scale Without Penalties

Add screens. Pay zero extra.

Traditional signage SaaS bleeds you the second you add a TV to the lobby and another to the hallway. With GoGo Signage, you buy the license once. Add as many screens as your building can hold — there's no per-screen fee from us, ever.

Hardware Agnostic

Smart TV, tablet, monitor, old TV with a Fire Stick — if it runs a browser, it runs GoGo Signage.

Powered by Your Drive

Display anything.
Automate everything.

Your backend is your own Google Drive. Drop files, schedule shows, link slide decks, loop YouTube. The system handles the rest — and we never see a byte.

  • Global Auto Folder — drop images into Drive, screens update automatically
  • Google Slides — link a deck, it loops
  • YouTube + Web URLs — playlists, live pages, scoreboards
  • Scheduler — control exactly what plays and when

Your Drive. Your data.

Files, schedules, content — never touch our servers. We literally don't have a server. It's 100% yours.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked.

How does this compare to OptiSigns or Yodeck?

Same job, fundamentally different model. OptiSigns and Yodeck charge $8–45 per screen per month, forever, and lock your content behind their servers. GoGo Signage is one $129 lifetime license, unlimited screens, and your content lives in your own Google Drive — we don't have a server to lose your data on.

Are there really no per-screen fees?

None. Zero. Most signage companies charge $20–50 per month, per TV. With GoGo Signage you pay one flat fee for the license and deploy to as many screens as your building can fit. The lobby, the hallway, the classroom, the kids' wing — same $129.

What hardware do I actually need?

Anything with a modern web browser. A smart TV, an iPad, a PC monitor. Or for the cheapest path: plug a $40 Amazon Fire Stick HD into any old TV and install our included GoGoTV APK. That's the same job a $799 OptiKiosk does, for 95% less hardware cost.

Where is my content actually stored?

In your own free Google Account. We use Google Apps Script to turn your Google Drive into the backend database — meaning the script literally runs under your account, on your Drive. We never see your images, schedules, or announcements. If we shut down tomorrow, your Drive folder still works.

How many screens can one Google Account handle?

Free Google Accounts allow tens of thousands of API requests per day. If your screens check for new content every 5 minutes, that's about 288 checks per screen per day — which means you can comfortably run a dozen screens on a free account before approaching limits. Workspace accounts go much higher.

How do I get the Fire Stick APK installed?

Today, sideload via ADB (developer mode on Fire Stick + USB connection). We're actively working on lower-friction options including the "Downloader" app pattern and an Amazon Appstore submission. For now, the setup walkthrough takes about 10 minutes the first time, and Dan answers every email personally if you get stuck.

Do I have to update every screen manually?

No. Manage everything from the browser-based admin panel. Even better: the Global Auto Folder means you drop a new image into a specific Google Drive folder from your phone, and every connected screen updates within minutes.

What happens if you stop maintaining GoGo Signage?

Your screens keep running. Because the entire system lives inside your own Google Apps Script and Drive — not on a server we control — there's no central kill switch. The only way GoGo Signage stops working for you is if Google deprecates Apps Script, which is wildly unlikely. You bought a license, not a subscription.
